FIAC's warranty covers compressors and air dryers within 12 months from the date the equipment was sold by the dealer, on the condition that the Buyer has presented necessary documents.

The above warranty period is valid only for the customers that pay on regular terms.

FIAC guarantees that compressors function normally 8 hours a day if installed properly in an adeguate premise. If during the warranty period a malfunction due to reject has been encountered, FIAC will replace bad parts free of charge.

Anyhow, all expenses for arrival of technicians are supported by the customer.

Warranty does not cover damages due to inappropriate technical maintenance, installation, use under bad conditions or any other damage caused to people and /or goods.

Neither it covers electrical motors and any electrical part subject to normal wear.

Delivery: All prices in documents are given on conditions franco factory. Shipment of goods is under complete responsibility of the Customer.

Package: Package costs (pallets, cages, etc.) are included in compressor price.

Price validity terms: The prices are valid until new price-lists are issued. In this case the Seller reserves the right to adjust prices for the orders that are not yet ready. The prices in the valid price lists are subject to change without prior notice due to conditions on the market.

Delayed payments: Should the payments be delayed against agreed terms, the Seller will demand 3% more than the official quote, valid from the date following the day of payment, plus other expenses caused by such a delay.

Modification of products: All technical parameters and dimensions are to be considered approximate. The manufacturer reserves the right to modify the product without notice in order to improve its design or specifications.

This price list cancels and substitutes all the previous ones.

FIAC reserves the right to change catalogue data without prior notice.
